Saturday September 15th our annual Community Fair drew families of all ages to King’s Leadership Academy Hawthornes. From early morning, the sun glimmered and the Senior yard was transformed into a race track, assault course and mountain range. Three hours of inflatable fun then ensued for children, both young and old.

Indoors, the school hall saw a variety of enticements from tombolas, raffles, cake baking, face painting and Bric-a-Brac selling. A particular thanks to all of the staff and parents who gave of their time so generously. We were also hugely grateful to our visitors from Shylowen Horse Sanctuary, who gave us some equine entertainment and YKids for all their help and support.
