As part of King’s Leadership Academy Hawthornes commitment to partnerships with Higher Education, pupils are invited to attend a virtual Women and Girls in Science Event this Friday, hosted by University of Liverpool. The event will feature a range of panellists discussing their careers in science (with links to geography) followed by a Q&A session. Students can gain insight on the flight paths taken by different scientists and take inspiration from it. Therefore, it is an exciting opportunity for any student who is interested in a career in science and/or geography.  The event is free and sign up details are on the attached flyer.
